EFT is grounded in decades of research into our basic human need to maintain close connections with those who matter most, and how we all adapt in order to survive in an imperfect world.  EFT helps individuals to meaningfully explore their emotions and behaviors and to develop new, more fulfilling ways of connecting with themselves, others, and the world.

Trauma-Focused

 

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) 

Efficient. Gentle. Safe. Powerful. These are some of the words often used to describe EMDR, which has, through decades of research, been demonstrated to be a powerful way to help people recover from trauma and other distressing disruptions in their lives.  Recognized Internationally by The World Health Organization, The US Department of Veterans Affairs, and other international organizations, EMDR is a proven approach to treating complex trauma, PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, and other concerns.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapies (CBT, DBT, CPT, etc)
